Joined together to demonstrate Jesus to the world.
Jesus died to redeem His bride, the Church. We are called to joyfully express this truth through being joined together in membership to one another. The local church gets to be a smaller portrait of a larger story in demonstrating this to the world around us.
What is the Membership Class?
Our Membership Class is the place to go to hear about what we believe God is up to in the world, what He is doing at Sacred Mission, and it also provides us an opportunity to get to know you and your story.
Why Church Membership?
The Bible shows us that through faith in Jesus we become “members” of His body, members that are called to serve and care for one another. Church membership provides a profound means of telling the world that we are followers of Christ.
Baptism and Membership
Baptism is intended only for those who have professed faith in Jesus Christ and can give sufficient testimony to the basics of Christian beliefs. Since membership is intended to affirm and guard your profession of faith, we require baptism for membership.
