Generosity creates avenues for the Gospel to go forward in our city and to the nations. Giving strengthens our devotion to Christ and frees us to live open-handedly with the gifts God gives us. As you give with radical generosity, the mission of God advances, the gospel is preached, lives are touched, and churches are strengthened; and you, in turn, are blessed by God so that you can give again.
Why We Give
We give because he has given to us.
We desire to be generous, because generosity is the way of those who call Christ their Lord. We believe generosity is a distinct trait of believers in Christ, and Scripture points to this! Our hope at SMC is that through our generous giving, we show what Christ is like to all the world.
“The person who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and the person who sows generously will also reap generously. Each person should do as he has decided in his heart—not reluctantly or out of compulsion, since God loves a cheerful giver.”
2 Corinthians 9: 6-7

Online you can create an account and set-up recurring giving or use it for one time donations all through your bank account or a debit/credit card.
The most cost effective way to give is through a direct transfer from your bank account (ACH Transfer). This method requires your bank check routing number and checking account number and costs us a lot less in processing fees. Your routing number is a nine-digit number on the bottom-left corner of a check. Do not use the routing number from a deposit slip. This may vary from your check routing number.
