 Baptism

Baptism is a sacrament, an outward declaration of an inward transformation. It’s the way that believers celebrate what Jesus has done for them and commit to being with Him, growing in Him, and sharing Him with the world.

Baptism is for anyone who has crossed the line of faith and made a personal decision to follow Jesus. If that’s you, then your next step is to be baptized…

Death, Burial, & Resurrection

 Should I get baptized?

The Bible is clear: the very first step for someone who’s chosen to repent and follow Christ is the sacrament of baptism. We are baptized to follow the examples set by Christ (Mark 1:9), because Christ commanded it (Matthew 28:19-20), and because it demonstrates that we are believers (I John 2:3; Romans 6:3-4; Acts 2:41; Acts 8:12).

How do I get baptized?

Simply let us know that you are interested in baptism, and we will talk you through every step of the way, including answering your questions and scheduling your baptism.

And you won’t have to worry about a thing. We will communicate all the important details and even provide a t-shirt and towels for your big day!

Let’s Celebrate!

Sign-up to be a part of our next Baptism Sunday. We’ll be in touch to walk you through the process.

Invite all of your loved ones. Bring your friends and family to celebrate together.

Do you not know that all of us who have been baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into his death? We were buried therefore with him by baptism into death, in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, we too might walk in newness of life.
